Is the United States Seeking War with China?

In a previous article, I noted that, historically, when the United States government has desired to go to war, it has been very good at maneuvering the other side into firing the first shot or creating some other casus belli, to make either it or one of its allies appear to have been the victim of an “unprovoked” attack. On August 4th, the World Socialist Website published an article by Andre Damon entitled, Biden wants war with China, which makes a convincing case that the United States is now seeking to do the same with China.
