Time to Call for a Ceasefire in Ukraine

On September 12, 2022, CODEPINK, Women for Peace and the Peace in Ukraine Coalition , which consists of about 40 national and international organizations and 49 local organizations, is calling for a week of action “to demand a ceasefire in Ukraine, direct talks between the U.S. and Russia and a freeze on weapons shipments to resolve a war in which the stakes have never been higher since the Cold War.” Among the suggested actions are:
